A Study in Ephesians and Colossians
Imagine living your entire life in poverty unaware of great riches at your disposal. Certainly, that would result in frustration and regret! While under house arrest, Paul wrote to the churches in Ephesus and Colossae. He reminded them that God has given the chosen in Christ—His church—every spiritual blessing.
The apostle then challenges them to live in accordance with their identity in Christ Jesus, especially in a culture that was contrary to the gospel due to false teaching. As we study Paul’s letters, it is my prayer that we become aware of the all-sufficiency of Christ and live in the fullness of Him.
